Area Sales Director
Why is the position open? Expansion- will be managing a newly created team of 12 to 14 Therapy Development Reps throughout the country (Navy Seal Team)
MUST HAVE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited reputable institution
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales leadership within the Urology space or Operating Room
- Start-up company experience leading a team selling disruptive surgical technology
- Experience managing representatives introducing market development programs to physician practices, practice integration, office based selling
- Leading a high performing team with strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
- Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations
Working for a publicly traded surgical robotics company
