Job Title: Sales, District Modality Leader

The District Modality Leader (DML) for Computed Tomography is the knowledge expert on CT product sales and positioning across the assigned district. Operating as a franchise owner, the DML drives overall modality strategy, provides deep clinical and technical expertise across all accounts in the territory, and develops individualized plans for each Imaging Account Manager (IAM) to maximize market visibility, market share, and revenue growth.

This role requires exceptional ability to lead, influence, and hold cross-functional peers accountable without direct management authority.

The territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, and part of Arkansas. The ideal location for a candidate is Dallas or Houston.

• Own the CT business for the district, driving orders, revenue growth, market share, and margin performance.
• Develop and execute district- and territory-level CT growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs.
• Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals.
• Act as the district’s CT expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers.
• Coach and develop field teams through joint customer engagements, pipeline reviews, and strategic deal support.
• Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.

• 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership, ideally within diagnostic imaging or CT.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment and ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority while driving accountability and results.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate clinical and technical expertise into customer value.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to perform required physical, cognitive, and environmental job responsibilities with or without accommodations.
• Highly organized and data-driven, with experience using tools like Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management.

This is a field role that is travel-intensive. The DML must be comfortable managing multiple priorities across a large territory and working out-of-office at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target earning potential ranges from $212,500 to $300,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary based on performance.
