Outside Account Executive

Position Overview

We are adding an Account Executive to our Dallas, TX team to promote iHeart

Media’s broadcast and digital marketing products. The role focuses on discovering new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue across multiple platforms.

• Learn and master our Broadcast + Digital Marketing product suite.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
• Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Use storytelling skills and data to deliver compelling sales presentations that meet client expectations.

• High School Diploma required;
  College Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and willingness to drive for client meetings.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and highly organized with strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation, multi‑tasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
• Experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize day‑to‑day activities in a fast‑paced environment.
