We are a rapidly growing manufacturer’s rep firm based in Texas that represents commercial HVAC products. We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales person responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer’s inquiries. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self‑motivated team player who can be an active part of our team and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Conducts sales of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone, by email, and over the counter.
• Promptly identify parts and process quotes & orders for customers.
• Actively makes customers aware of product promotions.
• May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Responds to customer inquiries, questions, or concerns regarding products or services.
• Records inventory discrepancies
• Follows up with customers
• Determines best method to resolve customer issues
• Develop & maintain relationships with customers and our business partners
• Exhibits strong organizational and customer service skills.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Computer skills are essential, HVAC Parts background is preferred
• HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience a plus.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
