Job SummaryAs a Payroll Client Advisor, you will prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses, ultimately closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. You will explain our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintain regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Responsibilities- Prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses.
- Explain the value proposition via Atlas CRM, upsell current clients, and maintain regular communication with PTM and PDM.
- Set appointments with business owners and run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions.
- Attend training period with PDM or PTM for short-cycle sales process and tablet-based CRM platform.
- Maintain client records in Atlas, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant data.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments to secure a win.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of product service portfolio and fintech industry developments.
- Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with leadership.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- Must live in area relative to job posting location.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face-to-face.
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- Ability to be in the field, minimum 50% of the time.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
- Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- W2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits.
- First-year professional compensation range 90,000 – 105,000+ with uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
