B2B Sales
This is our founding sales seat. The person who takes it builds our demand engine, earns their way into running first meetings, and has a defined path to leading the sales function as we grow. Here's why that person is probably not from construction.
You sell medical devices — or property-management software, or elevator modernizations. We renovate apartment communities. Bear with us — this makes sense.
Think about your best sale: a long cycle, a committee of stakeholders, a technical product, a buyer who has been burned before, and real consequences when details slip. Now swap the hospital system for the owner of 3,000 apartment units and the device for everything that goes into renovating those units — sourced, warehoused, kitted, staged, and delivered to the right building in the right sequence.
Same sale. Different hard hat.
That's why we're recruiting from medical, pharma, and technical B2B sales instead of the construction industry: we need the discipline, not the drywall knowledge. We'll teach you renovation. We can't teach twelve years of showing up prepared, logging every touch, and working a 9-month cycle without losing the thread. That part you bring.
What Chronos Build does:We're the strategy-led sourcing, logistics, and deployment partner for multifamily renovation and multi-unit development programs. Owners and asset managers come to us when renovating hundreds of units has become fragmented chaos — specs that don't repeat, materials that arrive late or wrong, budgets that drift. We consolidate that into one controlled program. It's a genuinely better mousetrap in a market that renovates millions of units a year.
What you walk into (this is the good part):
- A greenfield national territory.No eight-rep team fighting over accounts. The founding seat means the whole map is yours from day one.
- A live seven-figure pipeline
built by the founders — real accounts, real momentum, warm at the edges. - A system, not chaos.Codified sales playbook, defined pipeline stages, a real CRM run in real time, weekly rhythm, leadership that reads your reports. You will never wonder what good looks like here.
- Direct access.You'll work with the CEO and COO, not a regional layer.
What we ask:process discipline (if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen), a structured weekly cadence, honest pipeline hygiene, and persistence measured in months, not calls. We define qualified meetings, activity minimums, and conversion expectations in writing — you'll know exactly how you're doing, always.
Comp:competitive guarantee transitioning to uncapped commission on gross profit. The math is designed so that the better the book you build, the less the guarantee matters — the way you'd want it.
Who tends to fit:medical-device, pharma, dental, and lab-sales reps; building-products manufacturer reps; commercial FF&E and flooring reps who already sell to multifamily owners; salespeople who sell property-management software, property technology, or market data to apartment owners and operators; reps who sell recurring service programs into apartment communities; appliance and spec-package reps on multifamily accounts; elevator-modernization, commercial-HVAC, building-controls, and lighting- or energy-retrofit reps;
and fleet or capital-equipment reps who win accounts away from competitors rather than managing renewals. If you've run a disciplined B2B territory with long cycles and multiple stakeholders, we want to talk — whatever you've been selling.
Apply with a resume and, if you like, one paragraph on the hardest deal you ever closed. We read those first.
