Role Description The Corrugated Sales Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting corrugated packaging solutions that align with customer requirements. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery.

The role involves tracking sales activities, maintaining detailed records in the CRM, and providing ongoing support to customers to strengthen long-term relationships. The Corrugated Sales Professional is expected to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet revenue goals and uphold the company’s service standards.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
• Experience in consultative selling, including gathering customer requirements and presenting tailored corrugated packaging solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of corrugated packaging design, production processes, and pricing concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, travel locally to customer locations, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in corrugated packaging sales is preferred; relevant sales or business education is beneficial but not required.
