Department: Inspectify Pro
- Rio Bravo Home Inspections | Cantera Title

Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

One Relationship. Two Critical Services. Double the Opportunity.

This is a unique opportunity to build one of the most rewarding business development territories in residential real estate.

As a Strategic Business Development Manager
, you'll partner with real estate agents and brokerages throughout the Dallas market to simplify two of the most important milestones in every real estate transaction:

  • The Home Inspection — through Rio Bravo Home Inspections
  • The Closing — through Cantera Title

By representing both services, you'll become a trusted resource to your clients while creating multiple opportunities to grow your business from every relationship.

Unlike traditional business development roles that focus on selling a single service, this position allows you to build a diversified book of business across two complementary companies. The result is greater value for your clients, stronger long-term partnerships, and significantly greater earning potential.

This individual will be jointly employed by Inspectify and Cantera Title, representing both organizations (and Rio Bravo Home Inspections) throughout the Dallas market.

If you're energized by meeting new people, building lasting relationships, growing a territory, and creating your own success, this role offers the opportunity to own your market and make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan to expand both Rio Bravo Home Inspections and Cantera Title throughout the Dallas market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, teams, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, office presentations, open houses, industry events, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce both inspection and title services within your client relationships.
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding each client's business and recommending solutions that simplify the home buying and selling experience.
  • Build, manage, and expand a book of repeat business through exceptional relationship management.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track prospecting activities and client interactions within CRM.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, customer success, and leadership teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience from first introduction through closing.
What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you'll:

  • Build a strong network of active real estate professionals throughout the Dallas market.
  • Become the trusted relationship manager for agents seeking dependable inspection and title partners.
  • Consistently grow monthly home inspection and title & escrow volume.
  • Develop a sustainable book of repeat business that generates long-term recurring revenue.
  • Establish yourself as one of the most connected and trusted business development professionals in your market.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or relationship-based sales.
  • Proven track record with a current portfolio of active real estate industry contacts throughout Greater Dallas.
  • Demonstrated success generating new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • A true "hunter" mentality with the drive to open doors, create opportunities, and consistently win new business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, and self-motivated and comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience in residential real estate, title, mortgage, home services, or B2B sales
  • Experience with CRM platforms such Hub Spot, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Dallas metro area on a daily basis. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
