Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst – Sales will be a business partner to the regional sales executives, providing analytical insights to support decision‑making across projects. Responsibilities include sales analysis, customer churn and segmentation, incentive compensation analysis, and sales optimization, among other tasks.
Responsibilities- Develop partnerships with sales leaders to understand their needs and provide insights that generate value for the organization.
- Compile and communicate actionable information and insights to the sales organization.
- Provide territory analysis, including what‑if scenarios and identifying opportunities to optimize sales representative coverage.
- Analyze sales processes, productivity, sales efficiency and sales optimization.
- Evaluate sales records and trends while evaluating performance against regional goals.
- Assist management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and rolling forecast including sales to budget variance.
- Consider lines of business (products, services etc.) to determine profitability and to establish a baseline for action.
- Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general guidance.
- Conduct quantitative analysis including, but not limited to, ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, and probability modeling.
- Participate in business financial reviews.
- Create external and internal PowerPoint presentations.
- Lead, train, and coach offshore resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Business.
- 3+ years in a similar analytical role (e.g., business analysis, sales data analysis).
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP.
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI.
- High level of organization and detail‑oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong modeling techniques and analytical skillset.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
