As our Account Manager
, you will be the central point of contact for assigned OEM accounts, orchestrating a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate closely with Danfoss’s internal experts in customer service, engineering, and our product business units to ensure we deliver exceptional quality, service, and commercial value.

• Drive Strategic Growth:
  Develop and execute innovative growth plans for your customer portfolio, focusing on securing new business and strengthening existing relationships to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Be a Trusted Advisor:
  Identify and understand your customers  applications, challenges, and upcoming programs. Propose tailored Danfoss solutions that create clear value and align with their strategic needs.
• Champion the Customer:
  Act as the "Voice of Customer" within Danfoss. Effectively communicate customer feedback on pricing, product needs, and performance to ensure we are always aligned with their expectations.
• Build Deep Relationships:
  Cultivate a strong network with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels of the customer s organization, from top leadership to critical departments.
• Collaborate for Success:
  Partner seamlessly with internal teams—including customer service, engineering, pricing, and quality—to ensure a unified and high-level of support for your customers.
• Master the Sales Process:
  Utilize a professional, value-based sales approach to uncover needs, manage objections, and deliver proposals that highlight the Danfoss advantage and support our mutual growth.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for business.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• IFPS (International Fluid Power Society) certifications.
