Client Advisor - Northpark Center

Summary

The Client Advisor at Northpark Center drives sales through exceptional client service, in-depth product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the luxury retail environment. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, delivering an elevated in-store experience, and serving as a brand ambassador.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales objectives.
• Act as a brand ambassador by conveying product heritage, design, and craftsmanship.
• Curate and maintain a loyal client portfolio through personalized engagement, client appointments, and events.
• Deliver white-glove post-purchase service by managing client follow-ups, repairs, and service requests.
• Execute POS transactions accurately, open/close the register, support inventory management, and uphold loss prevention.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and overall store presentation.

• Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment with experience developing and retaining discerning clients.
• Impeccable personal presentation, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift and handle items up to 20 lbs.
• Multilingual skills in Spanish, French, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin are a plus.
