Compass Palliative Care, a California-based leading mobile palliative care provider is seeking a Marketing Representative for the Dallas, Texas area. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

• 3‑to‑5 years background in the medical field; experience working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing palliative care programs and services.
• Strong account management and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.

• Cold calling leads for new business.
• Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory.
• Scheduling and conducting educational in‑services.
• Providing the highest level of customer service.
• Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.
