Business Development Rep-Population Health

We're hiring:
Business Development Representative — Population Health & Health Tech

We're looking for a driven, early-career sales professional with a background in healthcare technology, health IT, or healthcare SaaS sales—not a seasoned generalist looking to slow down. If you have 3-5 years of healthcare technology sales experience, a proven ability to generate your own pipeline, and are comfortable owning a deal from first conversation to signed contract, we want to talk to you.

This is an individual contributor role at a growth-stage healthcare company focused on population health and value-based care. It is a full sales-cycle position: you will identify and engage prospective accounts—including Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and government-sponsored health plans—through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling, then personally manage each opportunity through qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and close.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of healthcare technology, health IT, or healthcare SaaS sales experience (required)
• A genuine strength in and enthusiasm for cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing net-new business
• Working knowledge of population health, managed care, or value-based care dynamics
• A resourceful, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-moving startup environment
