The Outside Sales Rep is responsible fordrivingrevenuegrowthfor the Collision Division by supplying aftermarket collision parts that support fast,accurate and cost-effective vehicle repairs. This role focuses exclusively on collision repair facilities and manages both an established book of collision accounts and new business development. Fluency in English and Spanish is requiredtoeffectively engage estimators, shopmanagersand technicians to build trusted relationships in ahigh volume environment.
KeyJob Responsibilities:
- Conduct active sales visits for new and existing collision repair customers
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with customers, shopmanagersand technicians to build trusted relationships in ahigh volume environment
- Promote aftermarket collision parts,program sand service offerings
- Work cooperatively with store/operations personnel to improve our service and resolve any client issues.
- Signupnew accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans.
- Schedule appointments with clients and work with their schedules
- Complete a minimum of 15 sales meetings with clients in person every day
- Fully document all sales calls in our industry-leading CRM during orimmediatelyafter each visit.
- Evaluate the frequency of client sales calls andestablisha consistent pre-set appointment.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and association functions as scheduled.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, automotive aftermarket or collision preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license and insurance
- Musthave your vehicle.
- Alwaysmaintaina professional appearance

Environmental/Occupational Health andPhysical Requirements :
A typical day includes driving with frequent stops and utilizing an iPad for Call Reports. To perform the duties of this job the employee must have a clean driving record.
