About The Role

The role serves as the foundation of enterprise pipeline generation, identifying high-potential accounts and initiating targeted outbound campaigns in the B2B SaaS market.

The position requires high-volume outreach, rigorous qualification, and strategic collaboration with account executives to convert initial interest into qualified sales opportunities.

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and Linked In Sales Navigator
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against specific ideal customer profile criteria before booking discovery meetings
• Research prospective accounts, mapping organizational structures to identify key decision-makers and influencers
• Maintain pristine data hygiene and track all prospect interactions, notes, and pipeline stages within Salesforce CRM
• Partner closely with sales leadership and marketing teams to test messaging variants and optimize outreach cadences
• Hit or exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators for dials, emails sent, and qualified meetings booked

• 0-2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing roles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, articulate phone presence
• Demonstrated resilience, strong organizational habits, and an intrinsic drive to exceed performance metrics
• Bachelor degree in business, communications, or a related discipline
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Sales Loft, and prior experience using Salesforce CRM
