GNB Doors is looking for a relentless B2B Sales Hunter to build and grow a territory across the Fort Worth market. This is not an account management position - we're looking for someone who enjoys cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and opening new business. If you're motivated by winning new customers, building relationships from the ground up, and controlling your own success, we want to hear from you.
You'll manage existing accounts while developing new business across the Fort Worth market, partnering closely with operations and leadership to deliver exceptional service and long-term customer relationships.
Strengthen the Responsibilities section:- Own and grow a B2B territory throughout Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
- Prospect daily through door-to-door sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate new business opportunities and consistently open new accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and commercial customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
- Conduct jobsite visits and customer follow-ups.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory.
Required
Qualification:
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business.
- Door-to-door sales and cold-calling experience is strongly preferred.
- Construction, overhead doors, building materials, industrial, or service sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable spending most of the day in the field meeting new customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Knowledge of MS office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - is a must
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Authorized to work in the US
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe or composite-toe boots while in industrial environments.
- Ability to travel by car and/or airplane for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials such as sample products, brochures, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach as needed while touring facilities.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or attending meetings.
- Ability to use hands and arms to operate computers, mobile devices, and office equipment.
- Ability to work in environments may include moderate noise, dust, outdoor weather conditions, or temperature changes during site visits.
