Account Executive - K-12 Education Sales

Account Executive

Our client is seeking a relationship-focused Account Executive to drive growth within the K-12 education market. This is an opportunity to partner with school districts and educational leaders, helping expand access to evidence-based educational solutions that positively impact students, educators, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with K-12 school districts and education leaders throughout the assigned territory
• Prospect and generate new business while expanding existing accounts
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiate multi-year agreements
• Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic meetings with key decision-makers
• Create and execute territory and account growth strategies
• Partner with internal implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and educational events
• Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth objectives

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of successful K-12 EdTech sales experience
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling directly to school districts and educational leadership
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $93,000
