* Johnson & Johnson Med Tech is recruiting for a Regional Business Director, Monarch Urology. This position will be based in the Texas Plains Territory (TX, LA, S. MS)
At Johnson & Johnson Med Tech, we're changing the trajectory of health for humanity, using robotics to enhance healthcare providers' abilities and improve patients' diagnoses, treatments, and recovery times. Johnson & Johnson Robotics was established in 2020 with the integration of Auris Health, Verb Surgical, C-SATS, and Ethicon. It comprises three key med-tech platforms:
Flexible Robotics (MONARCH), Surgical Robotics (OTTAVA), and Digital Solutions (POLYPHONIC). Join our collaborative, rapidly growing team in the San Francisco Bay Area (Santa Clara). You'll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that advances medical professionals' skills and improves patient outcomes.
The MOANRCH Platform was first introduced in 2018, creating a new category of care as the first endoluminal robotic-assisted bronchoscopy system designed to help physicians access small, hard-to-reach lung nodules to enable earlier diagnosis of lung cancer. The Monarch Platform for Urology will soon create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology system designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access of organs across the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
** You will be Responsible for:*
* + Develop and execute regional business plans that achieve capital placement, procedure growth, and disposable revenue objectives within the assigned geography.
+ Recruit, coach, develop, and lead a team of Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.
