We’re seeking a high‑performing Area Business Director to lead sales growth, mentor field teams, and drive strategic expansion across a defined region. This role is built for a proven closer—someone who consistently exceeds quotas, develops top‑tier sales talent, and thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities- Lead sales growth and achieve a seven‑figure quota.
- Mentor Territory and Area Sales Managers.
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare providers in the aesthetic and medical device space.
- Drive strategic expansion across the designated region.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
Competitive pay: $85,000–$90,000 per year.
