Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for prospecting and engaging small business owners, individuals, and entrepreneurs to present health insurance benefits and related business services. Day-to-day activities include conducting consultations, delivering sales presentations, managing and following up on leads, and closing new business. The Sales Specialist will provide ongoing customer service, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
The role also involves participating in training sessions, staying informed about product offerings and industry trends, and contributing to a positive, performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, ideally within insurance, financial services, or related fields.
- Experience or aptitude in Training and Sales Management to support team development and contribute to a high-performance sales environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with reliable transportation and flexibility to meet clients in person.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort working in a self-employed or commission-based structure, with a focus on building residual and long-term income.
- Familiarity with health insurance or benefits products is preferred; relevant licenses or willingness to obtain them is a plus.
