Area Sales Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales performance across multiple communities in the Dallas market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and developing onsite sales teams, improving sales processes, and ensuring communities achieve or exceed closing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales operations across multiple new home communities throughout the Dallas area
• Lead, coach, and mentor Community Sales Managers to maximize performance
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and home closings
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and buyer demand
• Partner with construction, marketing, and operations teams to support community success
• Monitor sales metrics, inventory, absorption rates, and customer experience
• Ensure teams consistently deliver an exceptional home buying experience

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of new home sales experience within the residential homebuilding industry
• Proven success leading sales teams and achieving sales goals
• Strong knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth housing market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple communities preferred
