- Lead, coach, and develop a team of new home sales professionals.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train sales team members.
- Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and key metrics to drive results.
- Conduct regular site visits, provide ongoing coaching, and support issue resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, employers, and referral partners.
- Review sales reports, pricing analyses, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with internal teams and preferred lenders to achieve sales and capture rate goals.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.
- 5+ years of new home sales experience with a production home builder.
- Previous leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of residential sales operations, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Brix, or similar preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
