Sales Manager

We're partnering with a well-established packaging manufacturer to identify a Sales Manager who can lead and develop a growing sales organization, drive profitable growth, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for developing commercial strategy, coaching and developing the sales team, expanding new business, and partnering closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to deliver exceptional customer results.

We're looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience leading a B2B sales team within paper packaging, folding carton, commercial print, or a closely related packaging industry
• Experience selling into food service, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or retail packaging markets
• A proven track record of driving new business development while growing existing customer relationships
• Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
• Experience building high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and leadership development
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial strategy
