As a Recruiter (Sales Associate) at D1 Training, you will drive client acquisition and sales efforts. This position involves actively promoting D1 Training programs, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the training facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales and Client Acquisition- Actively engage in sales activities to attract new clients to D1 Training.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote training programs and packages.
- Provide information to potential clients, addressing inquiries and converting leads into memberships.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including outreach and networking.
- Attend community events, fitness expos, and other relevant opportunities to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and goals to recommend suitable training programs.
- Collaborate with coaches and the coaching team to support client retention efforts.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by management.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sales and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive experience for clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Two plus years of solid marketing and sales (fitness training sales are a plus).
- General experience in a gym or training facility.
- Familiarity with training athletes, their environment, and their needs.
- Athletic background is preferred but not essential.
- Hourly, $
- Commissions: based on selling individual D1 and team programs.
