The Customer Experience Manager serves as the operational leader of the customer journey from quote through delivery. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting revenue growth. This position leads the Inside Sales and Customer Service function, supervises one team member, and drives continuous improvement across customer communications, order management, CRM utilization, and sales support.

• Lead the customer experience function
• Supervise and develop the Inside Sales/CSR representative
• Manager customer relationships and key accounts
• Support the outside sales organization
• Improve CRM and sales processes
• Coordinate customer visits and industry events
• Analyze customer trends and recommend improvements

• 5+ years in customer service, inside sales, account management, or customer experience within manufacturing or industrial products
• Experience supervising or mentoring a small team CRM experience (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Production Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Manufacturing, pressure vessel, industrial equipment, or engineered products experience preferred
