As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll grow the customer base and drive branch profitability by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value-added plumbing solutions that meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a 90%+ customer satisfaction score. You’ll engage customers through proactive outreach, accurate quoting, and timely follow-ups to ensure project success and repeat business.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management in a wholesale distribution, plumbing supply, or construction-related industry.

Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Proficiency with CRM systems - Eclipse Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer value.

Following is a list of physical and mental requirements identified as necessary to achieve the essential functions of this role:

Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.

Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.

Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
