Hospice Account Executive

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes
• Connect Elara Caring's in-home care with eligible patients and families
• Work with a wide range of medical professionals and referral sources
• Identify referral-source decision‑making processes and decision makers
• Provide solutions to meet patient and business needs
• Meet and exceed business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred
• Hospice, post acute or DME sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with teams
• Proven sales acumen with proven results
• Clear understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are
• Skilled in problem solving and providing solutions to patient and business needs
  
  High confidence interacting with health care professionals at all levels
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and willing to cooperate while working with others or in place of others

• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance under the laws of the state
