This full-time, on-site Bilingual Showroom Sales Representative role is based in Dallas, TX. The position involves greeting and assisting showroom visitors, understanding their memorial needs, and presenting appropriate product and service options in both English and another required language. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultative sales discussions, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with production and service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

The representative maintains product displays, keeps the showroom organized, and participates in follow‑up communication with clients to support ongoing relationships. The role also includes using CRM or sales tracking tools, learning product specifications, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and professionally in a showroom setting.
• Bilingual fluency (English and another language commonly used by local customers) with clear verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Sales and consultative selling skills, including experience guiding clients through product options and closing sales.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, CRM software, and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document tools).
• Ability to learn and explain detailed product information, pricing, and service options clearly and accurately.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order details while maintaining a tidy showroom.
• Previous experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing roles is beneficial, especially in memorial, architectural, or related industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, customer service, or related fields is an asset.
