Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Outside Sales Representative responsible for driving business growth and managing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on in‑person engagement with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and develop long‑term partnerships. This position combines strategic territory planning, hands‑on relationship building, and active market engagement. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, proven outside sales experience, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver results.

- 3–5+ years of outside / field sales experience
- Proven success selling through in‑person, relationship‑based sales
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, safety, logistics, construction, warehouse, or similar environments
- Ability to independently manage sales territory
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecasting
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within territory (including occasional overnight travel)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Experience managing large or complex product catalogs
- Bilingual (Spanish or French)
