Outside Sales Account Executive

$70K Base | $110K+ Year 1 OTE | Uncapped Commission | Hybrid Field Sales

We’re looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to own the North Dallas territory
, driving new business for a well-established transportation and logistics company with 42 years in business and $31.5M in annual revenue
.

• Hunt for new business through cold calls, cold visits, networking, and referrals
• Spend 4+ days per week in the field meeting prospects and customers
• Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, retailers, and other businesses with shipping needs
• Sell transportation and freight solutions based on value—not price

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• A true hunter mentality—you love prospecting and aren’t afraid of rejection
• Comfortable spending most of your week in the field
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• CRM experience and a disciplined sales approach
• Logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or industrial sales experience is a plus—but not required.
