As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll help customers understand their insurance needs while providing outstanding service and support.
Key responsibilities include:- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on auto, home, renters, life, and business insurance
- Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to obtain the required state insurance licenses
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
