Job Description

This position is On-Site in Dallas / 1 Day Hybrid (Friday)
** We are searching for a Forwarding Account Representative. Must have experience working in a fast paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and stay organized. This position is responsible for assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. This is not a collections or sales job, however you will have regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field.

Must have the ability to use multiple computer monitors, inbound/outbound calls and possess entry level data entry skills.  This is solely an office position and not a remote position.  
* Must be able to work full-time, M-F 8-5; 9-6 is available after the training period
* Seeking candidate with strong computer skills and internet savvy
* Experience using Google Suite applications
* Must have strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work
* Cubicle office setting, working close with others

Desired Skills
* Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software
* Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)
* Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities
* Manage the repossession process for bank clients
* Work closely with bank employees
* Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues
* Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email
* Strong attention to detail

Target Base Salary Range: $41,600 USD + Bonus Plan Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. * 2 years customer service in a call center environment
* High School Diploma or G.E.D.
