We are currently hiring a full time Junior Marketing Specialist in Dallas, TX. The Junior Marketing Specialist will support marketing and customer engagement initiatives, working closely with internal teams and business clients. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, assisting with client interactions, and helping execute campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Our training is designed to teach and effectively train our team to oversee more campaign management so we can fulfill our clients demand for growth.

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with others and have the opportunity to be instrumental in the implementation of our marketing campaign.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support client objective
• Coordinate scheduling, territory planning, and appointment tracking
• Interact with business customers to provide information about products and services
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations as needed
• Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign results
• Support promotional activities related to marketing campaigns
• Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with team members across marketing and sales functions
• Assist with onboarding and training support for new team members when applicable

This is a full time or internship, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a B2B Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and strengthening client relationships, and executing effective strategies to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting B2B sales presentations, negotiating business contracts, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The individual will collaborate with the team to contribute to the company's overall sales success and market expansion effort.
