This is a 100% uncapped commission opportunity, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and results. There are no limits on what you can earn.

Success in this role comes from proactively building your pipeline and developing lasting relationships with investors. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Engage qualified investor leads generated through our marketing efforts.
• Connect investors with exclusive off‑market properties before they hit the MLS.
• Own the client relationship from the initial conversation through closing.
• Build and grow your own book of business through consistent prospecting and relationship building.
• Hunt for new investment opportunities using cold calling, networking, Facebook groups, reverse search tools, and targeted research.
• Execute email outreach and follow‑up campaigns to generate new investor relationships.
• Maintain a strong pipeline by consistently sourcing and nurturing new opportunities.

• 1–3 years of sales experience — any industry where you've learned to close
• Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge
• Strong phone presence and coachable mindset
• Lives in or relocating to DFW
• Open to New Grads

This is a 100% commission 1099 role. A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of starting. Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility.
