Inside Sales Representative

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity

• Build relationships with customers and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Qualify sales opportunities and identify customer needs
• Provide pricing, product availability, and quote support
• Partner with customers to find solutions and drive positive outcomes
• Support outside sales representatives in managing customer accounts
• Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Assist with order processing and sales administration as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer‑facing roles, hospitality, athletics, leadership positions, or internships is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong computer and data entry skills
