Territory Manager, Infusion Sales

• Meet with healthcare professionals to excite and educate them about Vivo's comprehensive services and patient benefits
• Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
• Stay informed of market changes
• Collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams regarding market intelligence
• Partner with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop strategies
• Apply consultative selling to address concerns of providers or patients
• Assess each provider's infusion needs and promote Vivo's patient-centered services and processes
• Explain clinic intake, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-effective care
• Use provided Pharma Rep contact sheets to build relationships within the territory
• Use Trella Health CRM to log daily calls and maintain regional notes
• Pursue sales opportunities with a focus on improving patient outcomes and care
• Work professionally with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Represent Vivo according to its guiding principles, mission, and values
• Travel consistently within 30-60 miles of supported clinics

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
• 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals, required
• 2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience, required
• Valid state driver's license, automobile insurance, and safe reliable transportation to travel within the outlined territory, required
• Must be highly motivated with a proven track record of managing sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors, required
• Exceptional customer service skills, learning agility, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn or experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience working with Trella Healthcare is a plus
• Must reside within the posted Dallas Fort-Worth region
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US

Demonstrates expertise in consultative selling within the healthcare sector, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical partners. Proficient in utilizing CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities and improve patient outcomes.
