Job Description

• Identify and develop sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and established customers to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Prepare and deliver quality presentations tailored to prospects' needs and priorities.
• Provide product and pricing information, prepare and negotiate sales contracts.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply our best practices.
• Apply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve both individual and team objectives.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful product launch, onboarding, and ultimately a long-term relationship with us.

• Have a proven sales track record, preferably in automotive and software sales.
• Experience in establishing relationships with car dealership owners, general managers, CRM/marketing managers is preferred.
• Have a bachelor's degree.
• Are self-motivated, disciplined, and process-oriented.
• Have a genuine curiosity to understand our clients' business challenges.
• Are empathetic listeners with excellent communication skills.
• Thrive in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Can travel in-territory 20% - 40% of the time.
