The salary range for this role, based in Dallas, is $ to $. The range may vary if the role is outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
** Job Summary
** As a State Director at Pernod Ricard USA, you’ll lead strategic initiatives to grow our diverse portfolio of spirits, RTDs, wine, and champagne across assigned states.

This role offers the opportunity to shape market performance, foster strong distributor partnerships, and drive category leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in pricing execution, forecasting, and transformational projects that impact the entire state-level business.
