Senior Hospice Sales Executive

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care

• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in the field

Demonstrates expertise in hospice and home health sales, with a strong ability to develop and maintain referral-source relationships. Proven track record in healthcare sales and business development, supported by local market knowledge and problem-solving skills.
