Junior Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Territory Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts in the Dallas, TX market. This role focuses on developing strong relationships within the Architecture and Interior Design Community as well as Flooring Contractors to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales, client engagement, and business development.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Architecture, Interior Design, and Flooring Contractor sectors.
• Conduct client meetings, including Lunch-n-Learns, tabletop presentations, coffee breaks, and other engagement activities to promote products and services.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and effectively manage the sales cycle.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client support.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and performance metrics.
