As a customer-facing, sales-driven role, our Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide transparent pricing, and partner closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience—while maximizing their earning potential.

• Convert leads into customers:
  Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
• Earn More:
  
  Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
• Upsell Smart:
  Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
• Manage Flow:
  Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
• Support Customers:
  Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business

• Flexible availability to maximize earning potential through commissions
• Proven sales experience required (automotive experience preferred)
• Tech‑savvy and efficient when working with customers
• Quick learner with the ability to ramp up and produce results quickly
• Physically active role requiring movement throughout the day
• Strong communicator with a drive to generate revenue
