Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for driving store performance by building lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge and refined selling techniques. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering a high level of personalized customer service and promoting the brand image. The position also supports merchandising, inventory, and store operations to ensure a premium shopping experience.

• Reach and surpass monthly sales goals and optimize each step of the sales process.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and recommend, demonstrate, and style items for customers.
• Build and maintain a client book, follow up with clients via calls, letters, and appointments, and foster customer loyalty.
• Schedule client appointments and pull merchandise in advance to prepare for visits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product is accurately coded, tagged, and priced.
• Participate in inventory processes and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store business objectives and provide qualitative feedback to management.

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Preferred 4+ years in a premium or luxury commission sales environment.
• Proven sales track record and achievement of sales goals.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in clienteling and maintaining detailed client records.
