Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will drive sales growth and deliver exceptional personalized service on the retail floor. You will build and maintain client relationships, provide product expertise across ready-to-wear and accessories, and support visual merchandising standards. This role contributes to the overall success of the Dallas store through clienteling, follow‑up, and collaboration with the sales team.

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth.
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow‑up and after‑sales support.
• Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions.
• Maintain store displays and support visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans and improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
