Junior Account Executive

As part of our marketing and customer acquisition team, you’ll work directly with consumers on behalf of the brands we represent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing nationally recognized brands through face‑to‑face marketing campaigns and live events
• Engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services
• Developing communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Learning how successful marketing campaigns are executed at the field level
• Working alongside experienced team members, trainers, and management
• Tracking individual performance and working toward personal and team goals
• Participating in ongoing workshops focused on leadership, communication, business development, and management

This is not a position where you're expected to figure everything out on your own.

Our training is designed to develop people from the ground up.

You’ll receive hands‑on training in:

Learn how to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, overcome objections, and produce measurable results.

Learn how major brands connect with consumers through live, face‑to‑face campaigns.

As you develop, you’ll have opportunities to help train and support newer team members.

High performers can gain exposure to recruitment, team development, campaign management, operations, and other areas of the business.
