Sales Representative - Construction - Dallas, TX

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Sales Representative based in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. This individual is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across the territory by developing and executing strategic sales plans, maximizing customer satisfaction, and cultivating long-term relationships that generate repeat business and support sustainable growth. The role works closely with glazing contractors, general contractors, and other key stakeholders within the commercial construction industry to identify opportunities, influence project specifications, and expand market presence.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:
Base Salary $85,000 - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) • Ability to read and understand construction bid documents and specifications to ensure proper solutions are being quoted to the customers
• Develop and foster close relationships with new and existing glazing and general contracting companies in the territory
• Work closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings on site, via phone and at trade association events
• Develop pipeline and process opportunities through sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of industry experience (automatic door knowledge)

• 50% travel

• Associate, Bachelor or Technical degree
• 2+ years outside sales experience
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Software (Salesforce)
