• Develop strategic sales plans with the Senior Sales Executive
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate outreach
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records or pipeline creation and prospecting activity
• Utilize CRM to update customer information and enroll new accounts
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide follow up for new and existing customers to ensure maximum retention
• Promote positive team relationships
• Maintain open lines of communication
• Conduct all job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service
• Proficient in presenting to individuals and large groups of customers on all products and applicable services
• Successfully complete sales training and maintain a working knowledge of product offerings

• Previous experience in sales or B2B is a plus
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Prior knowledge of business development and account management strategies
