At Dallas Honda, one of the largest and busiest Honda dealerships in Texas, you'll work alongside an experienced team supporting a high-volume service department. The Parts Advisor will report to the Parts Manager and is an onsite position.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays Pay:
Base Salary + Commission What You'll DoAs a Parts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently while providing exceptional support to customers and technicians.

Assist customers, technicians, and vendors with parts inquiries and orders.

Coordinate with the service team to source parts for repairs and maintenance.

Order, receive, stock, and organize inventory for quick accessibility.

Process customer purchases, returns, warranties, and core returns.

Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.

Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

What You'll Bring1 or more years of previous automotive, aftermarket, powersports, trucking, or parts experience

Understanding of automotive systems and components.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Experience with inventory management and computer systems preferred.

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
