VP of Sales - West
Department: Client Role
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Dallas (TX), USA
DescriptionLead the next chapter of growth for an established, respected brand.
Refrigi Wear (parent company: Flexitog) is looking for a Vice President of Sales to take the reins of our Western territory, spanning Texas to California and everywhere west of the Mississippi. This isn't a startup build. You're inheriting a strong brand, loyal customers, and a team of eight sales representatives, with a clear mandate to sharpen execution and accelerate growth.
The opportunity
You'll take an already-successful sales organisation and make it exceptional. Refrigi Wear doesn't yet have a defined, disciplined sales process, so this is a chance to build one from scratch, not just run someone else's playbook. That means raising the bar on talent, instilling accountability, and unlocking the enormous whitespace sitting inside our existing account base.
Why this role
This is a rare mix: an established business with room to run, no rigid sales process to unlearn, and a leader whose fingerprints will be all over the next phase of its growth. If you want to build a team and a process, not just manage one, this is the seat.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and elevate the West sales team, making sure the right people are in the right seats, and top-grading where needed. Build and implement a sales methodology, CRM, and account-planning discipline the region doesn't currently have. Separate strategic account management from site-level execution, and personally provide executive sponsorship on our most important accounts. Dig into the existing customer base to find whitespace, grow share of wallet, and turn relationships into long-term, multi-location growth.
Set clear KPIs and hold the team to them, while building a culture of performance and collaboration. Partner with cross-functional leaders to keep commercial priorities and go-to-market strategy aligned.
A track record as a B2B sales leader who has built and led high-performing teams, grown complex multi-location accounts, and implemented or owned a CRM platform. Experience in industrial, safety footwear, PPE, workwear, cold storage, or an adjacent market is a strong plus. You're based in, or willing to relocate to, the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones, and comfortable travelling across a wide Western territory.
