Sales Support & Warehouse Operations Specialist

You’llbe the operational hub connecting our customers, sales team, and warehouse in Hurst, TX, owning everything from order entry to the box on the truck.

It’s a highly independent role that blends office-based work in our ERP and CRM systems with hands-on time in the warehouse - receiving, picking, packing, and shipping hardware. You’ll be the main point of contact keeping multiple orders, licenses, and renewal cycles on track, with nothing falling through the cracks.

Order Processing & Customer Support

• Process orders end-to-endto be completed, billed, and shipped correctly
• Review purchase orders for accurate pricing, products, quantities, and customer information before processing.
• Prepare pricing quotes for new purchases and contract renewals.
• Coordinate service requests and installation-related activities with internal teams.

Software Licensing, Renewals & Customer Setup

• Create and manage trial, demo, and evaluation software licenses, andmaintaincustomer software environments and access.
• Monitor upcoming subscription and support agreement expirations, and proactively drive renewals.
• Prepare renewal quotes, process renewal orders, and keep customer subscription records accurate.
