Junior Sales Representative

Fezzora, Inc. is hiring Junior Sales Representatives to support client sales and customer engagement initiatives at assigned retail locations.

This is an entry-level, in-person sales position focused on customer interaction, product education, and assisting customers with purchasing or enrollment when appropriate. The role is designed for individuals who want to develop practical experience in sales, communication, and customer service.

• Represent client products and services professionally at assigned retail locations.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, respectful, and informative manner.
• Learn and communicate accurate information about client products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience.
• Attend required training sessions, team meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Communicate with team members and management regarding customer feedback and daily activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques, product information, and company procedures.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.

This is an in-person position at assigned retail locations
. Representatives will spend much of their workday interacting directly with customers.
